WHAT ARE TRANSPORTED PROHIBITED GOODS?

Currently many people are wondering what is prohibited goods? In simple terms, prohibited goods are items prohibited by Philippine law from being moved from abroad into the country, from one province to another. Prohibited items are those items that pose a risk of negative consequences to the society, security, economy, politics and environment of the Philippines. The ban on transportation will be decided by the competent state agency. Traffic police and security agencies are directly subject to handling violations. Transport of prohibited goods is the act of bringing prohibited goods from one place to another by different ways. Carriers of prohibited goods will be sanctioned by the authorities. LIST OF GOODS PROHIBITED IN THE PHILIPPINES

* Prohibited products:

+ The kinds of goods and goods banned by the country such as drugs, nerve stimulants … affecting human health

+ Weapons, ammunition, military equipment, and personal self-defense products: knives, guns, clutches, swords, … or sharp objects. Depraved cultural products, reactionary documentary publications

+ Flammable and unhygienic substances causing environmental pollution: carbonated lighters, gasoline, oil, firecrackers, inflammable and explosive substances

+ All kinds of living organisms including flora and fauna

* Note:

– The items are hard, brittle, easily damaged and distorted materials during transportation

– Super fragile goods: Glass, glassware, chinaware, porcelain, hard plastic, …

– Fragile goods: Furniture, aluminum, plastic, metal, spare parts, home appliances, …

– Bulky, empty goods: Suitcases, wardrobes, plastic baskets, …

– Electronic products: TVs, monitors, phones, watches, … (Including devices with microchips, electric wires, magnetic …)

+ Must agree to place only when the customer accepts all risks and agrees to send orders, China Warehouse Newspaper considers the shipping method before receiving the order.

* Prohibited products (cannot be shipped):

– Types of wax flowers, wax products -> Easily damaged during transportation

– Lethal products, weapons -> Prohibit transport

– Toys that affect human health: Burned lasers, shotguns, plastic toys, violent games -> Transportation is prohibited

– Personal self-defense electric shock lights and batons -> Transportation is prohibited

– Flammable, unsanitary substances, causing environmental pollution: carbonated lighters, candles, matches, gasoline, firecrackers … All living organisms include all living plants and animals

– Powdered and sandy products: Misunderstanding prohibited goods -> All powder forms are not accepted

* Products can be ordered (need to negotiate with Chinese customers and warehouse about how to preserve them)

– Gold-plated flowers -> customers must pay a new package

– Scent (used for lighting): easy to deform, absorb water -> a plastic container has just placed

– Fan: Fragile -> Only accepted to transport with the condition that the shop disassembles the parts when packing and customers close wooden bales

– Electric toy trams for children (large types can sit): Fragile -> Only accept to transport with the condition that the shop disassembles each part when packing, firmly reinforcing and customers packing wooden cases

– Dried flowers, Plastic, Fabrics -> are placed but must be wrapped in waterproof bags and must be notified in advance to the warehouse

– Clay: If soaked in water, the dirty wire to another product -> is placed but must cover the waterproof bag and must notify the warehouse in advance.

Carbon oxide gas cylinders Electrical appliances with lithium or lithium ion batteries or accumulators Hair curlers contain hydrocarbon gas Small thermocouple for medical use.
