INFORMATION STORAGE POLICY
King Cargo will store Customer’s information (orders, finance) on King Cargo’s server system. The minimum time for online storage is 06 months from the time of information generation. To accommodate system performance, King Cargo may have to delete or hide information that is past the time it is stored.
King Cargo will record Customer’s actions / actions and communications when accessing and using the King Cargo service for the purpose of ensuring the safety and clarity of transactions, as well as enhancing quality of customer service.
King Cargo system will automatically perform the following tasks:
+ Automatically change the state “Completed” after 2 weeks of delivery for orders with status “Received”. This state transition is for the purpose of properly controlling the order status; does not affect data and information about the order (if any).
+ Automatically delete for orders in cart created but no deposit after 15 days of order creation. Automatically delete cart items but don’t create an order after 15 days.
+ Automatically delete orders with status “CANCEL” or “OUT OF STOCK” from your Order List after 60 days in the system;
+ Financial arrears for orders with missing goods, shipping or service charges or wrong transfer status “out of stock”.
